The room was spacious and clean, featuring a balcony, and they offered wake-up service upon request, located centrally near the lake with excellent customer service including an early check-in.

Extremely helpful and very friendly staff, always with a smile. Good food served, great breakfast. The pool area is clean too. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Location just next door to Lake Tahoe and city shopping and attractions as well as the outskirts of town.

The room is modern and the bed is great. the hotel is on an exceptionally nice and unbeatable location not far from numerous restaurants up-and-down S Carson St There are lots of restaurants to choose from nearby, like Ti Amo Italian Grille located within a 5-minute walk. - A shopping center across the street and skiing are also close by.

Our stay at Courtyard was overall comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was easy to regulate in terms of heat and cool, ensuring our comfort throughout. We also felt very secure during our stay and the parking was excellent, with plenty of space and not crowded at all. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to restaurants was a bonus.

While our stay was pleasant, there were a few drawbacks to note. the tub didn't drain properly, leaving ankle-deep water after a shower.

Non-smoking hotel providing a respite from the cigarette addict gambling culture. Convenient check-in process with efficient and friendly front desk staff. Housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy. The size of the room was enjoyable, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Easy to regulate heat/cooling. Secure feeling and ample parking. Close to restaurants.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with everything you need close by. It's right next to a casino, which has great food options. Also, being close to several places to eat and shop is really convenient.
